So I thought that after reading http://chillinatthecabstand.wordpress.com/2008/05/20/is-angryxtian-a-hoax/ that it would be wise to do my own bit of researching.
OK, here is a map locating the IP address 71.231.142.60
If you cannot see the red center mark, you would notice that it is located 6.1 miles (9.8 km) SSE of Carbonado, Pierce, WA, USA, not Alabama.
Here is a map for the IP address 207.138.32.33
The location in this map is 3.2 miles (5.2 km) NE of Wanette, Pottawatomie, OK, USA, still not Alabama.
Just Like Adam, i decided to do some searching in my own blog, i found that yes all three users were found on these IP addresses, coincidence, I think not.
There really is not much left to cover that Adam hasn’t so that really is all i have left.
I would like to point out that it was Poppies that pointed this out to me, and then I to Adam.

I’ve actually always wanted to take a vacation to New Zealand. The natural landscape looks great.
You’re right, it is. To be honest I haven’t seen as much as I should have, apparently the South Island is the most incredible place, I’ve only been around the North Island. I’ve got no excuse not to go once I graduate.
